This text has been prepared to inform you in the most transparent manner within the scope of Article 10 of the Law No. 6698 on the Protection of Personal Data (KVKK).

Your Rights Under KVKK

In accordance with the law, you have the following rights regarding your personal data:

• To learn whether your personal data is being processed,
• To request information if your data has been processed,
• To learn the purpose of the processing and whether the data is being used in accordance with that purpose,
• To know the third parties to whom your data is transferred domestically or abroad,
• To request the rectification of incomplete or inaccurate data,
• To request the deletion or destruction of your data within the framework of Article 7 of the KVKK,
• To request that third parties to whom the data has been transferred are notified of these corrections or deletions,
• To object to any results that arise against you through analysis conducted exclusively by automated systems,
• To demand compensation for damages in the event that you suffer a loss due to unlawful processing.

These rights are protected within the framework of the legislation and are meticulously evaluated by our company.

Purposes of Processing Personal Data

As ARGESYS Elektronik Sanayi ve Ticaret A.Ş., your personal data is processed for the following purposes:

• Ensuring employee and visitor security,
• Conducting commercial activities in a safe, orderly, and uninterrupted manner,
• Fulfilling obligations arising from legal regulations,
• Evaluating job applications and managing human resources processes,
• Ensuring communication with customers, suppliers, and business partners,
• Conducting marketing activities,
• Supporting employee training, development plans, and career processes,
• Managing compliance, audit, and reporting processes,
• Tracking and managing vendor/supplier performance,
• Executing invoice and waybill issuance processes,
• Maintaining corporate communication,
• Providing information through communication channels such as SMS, e-mail, and WhatsApp.

All of these purposes are carried out based on your explicit consent or the legal conditions specified in the relevant articles of the KVKK.

Conditions for Processing Personal Data

As a rule, personal data cannot be processed without the explicit consent of the data subject. However, processing may occur without explicit consent in the following cases:

• If it is expressly permitted by law,
• If it is mandatory to protect the life or physical integrity of a person who is unable to express their consent due to actual impossibility,
• If it is directly related to the establishment or performance of a contract,
• If it is necessary for the data controller to fulfill a legal obligation,
• If the data has been made public by the data subject themselves,
• If processing is mandatory for the establishment, exercise, or protection of a right,
• If processing is necessary for the legitimate interests of the data controller, provided that it does not harm the fundamental rights and freedoms of the data subject.

Our company processes personal data by taking all these conditions into consideration.
